About · CORVA Infrastructure Services, LLC Est. 2024

Operators
who've built
what we sell.

CORVA is built by people who have spent careers getting data centers, fiber routes, and mission-critical facilities out of the ground. We've sat on every side of these deals — as developers, operators, architects, and counsel — which is the only way to know what makes them real.

01 · How We Operate

Three commitments
we don't flex on.

CORVA is a small team by design. The work we take on, and the way we do it, reflects three things we've decided not to compromise — because the alternative isn't a different style of execution, it's a different kind of firm.

↳ 01

Senior people on every call.

You won't be handed off to an associate after the first meeting. Every engagement is led by a principal, from origination through delivery. The depth of the bench is the product.

↳ 02

Disciplined, not opportunistic.

We pass on sites and tenants that don't fit the platform. The buildout is real and the capital is patient, so we'd rather be early to the right market than first to the wrong one.

↳ 03

Built to be owned.

SyncHub™ assets are designed for long-hold ownership, not for flip optionality. Every design decision is filtered through what the operator and the tenant will actually live with for the next twenty years.

02 · The Team

Four disciplines.
One bench.

Each name on this page brings a discipline the platform requires — operations and origination, development and capital, design and resiliency, infrastructure and security. We work as one team across every engagement.

↳ 01

Trey Berndt

Operations · Origination · Business Development

Trey has built his career at the intersection of data center development, network services, and infrastructure-grade business development. He played a pivotal leadership role in Carrier-1 Data Centers' expansion and successful acquisition by VPLS/Prime, overseeing multiple construction phases, financing activities, and continuity operations through major natural disasters including the 2021 winter storms.

Earlier, Trey served as VP at CoreXchange (acquired by Zayo), where he drove 50% year-over-year revenue growth while maintaining 99.5% customer retention. He founded Panaband, one of the first wireless ISPs in Texas, and scaled it through exit in under four years. He's taken companies from start-up to acquisition three times — across data center colocation, network services, and wireless infrastructure.

Justin McKinley

Development · Capital · Enterprise Operations

Justin is a multidisciplinary real estate executive who has led strategy, operations, and development initiatives for institutional investors, private equity firms, and global developers worldwide. He is a licensed attorney and registered architect with an MBA in finance and real estate — a combination that gives him a uniquely cross-functional perspective on complex project execution.

His experience spans feasibility, land use and entitlements, site selection, design, capital planning, contracting, and operations. That breadth enables faster, better-informed decisions across diverse markets and sectors, and gives CORVA the in-house ability to navigate the full development stack without farming critical questions out to outside counsel or consultants.

Brion SargentRA · LEED AP

Architecture · Master Planning · Resiliency Design

Brion is a career data center architect whose portfolio includes AI campus master plans, large-scale renewable and BESS integrations, Tier II–IV data centers, containerized deployments, SCIF facilities, and network head-end sites for hyperscale, cloud, enterprise, telecom, and government clients worldwide.

He has led technical design for hundreds of megawatts of capacity, including complex campuses integrating renewable power, energy storage, and high-density compute. His expertise across master planning, resiliency architecture, facility hardening, and scalable infrastructure is the foundation under every SyncHub™ design — and the reason a SyncHub™ looks like a deliberate piece of infrastructure, not a converted shell.

↳ 04

Chris Loehr

Critical Infrastructure · Cybersecurity · Compliance

Chris's career in IT and cybersecurity began in financial services, where he led teams through multi-year infrastructure and application transformations at three hypergrowth companies — each subject to the tight compliance rigor of Sarbanes-Oxley, Gramm-Leach-Bliley, FFIEC, and PCI-DSS.

He has since served in multiple leadership roles at Solis Security, a global cybersecurity services provider, turning the company from flat revenue and EBITDA performance into substantial year-over-year growth in both — leading up to a successful split and acquisition of its two divisions. He brings that operator-grade understanding of compliance, resiliency, and tenant-side security expectations to every SyncHub™ design.
